 At SAP, I spent nearly two decades helping large, complex organizations run smoother - from marketing operations to learning enablement. No matter the role, I was the one untangling complexity and redesigning processes so people could actually get things done. 

 Along the way I discovered something that changed how I think about all of it: the people are rarely the problem. The systems around them are. When you fix the system - the workflow, the platform, the data, the playbook - the people flourish. Every time. 

 I also became a certified coach through Erickson Coaching International, because I believe that sustainable change only happens when the people inside the system are equipped and confident to own it. Strategy without enablement is just a dead end.
